How does it work?

1. After placing your order, send us a photo of your pet via Etsy Chat.
2. We create a black and white sketch from this, as shown in picture 2.
3. If necessary, request a preliminary design. We will then send you a draft of the engraving file for approval.
4. We engrave your individual candle glass with the animal portrait and the name

Safety and usage instructions:

The candle jar may only be used with the wax granules contained therein or suitable refill products.

Do not leave burning unattended! Keep the candle out of reach of children and pets.

Place the candle jar on a heat-resistant and flat surface to avoid tipping or heat damage.

Keep the glass away from flammable materials (e.g. curtains, decorations).

The flame must always be clearly visible; do not allow the granules to burn completely.

Before lighting, shorten the wick to approximately 1 cm to ensure clean and even burning.

Note on handling:
