heylovelypeople delivers to the following countries:

• Germany
• EU countries
• Switzerland & Liechtenstein
• United Kingdom

Delivery is handled by DHL to all countries. No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

The total shipping time consists of two steps:

1. Processing & Packaging*:
   Typically, your package will be handed over to our delivery partner DHL 5-8 business days after receipt of payment. We will email you a tracking number that you can use to track your package. However, tracking is only available after it has been handed over to DHL.
2. Delivery time via DHL:
   Depending on the shipping zone: Germany 1–2 working days; EU countries 2–6 working days; Switzerland & Liechtenstein 4–6 working days.

The flat-rate shipping costs are:

• within Germany: 2.90 € for small packages (e.g. ring bowls and boxes) and 4.90 € for large packages (e.g. candles)
• Austria: €8.90
• Prices for other EU countries may vary
• Switzerland, Liechtenstein, United Kingdom: €19.90

These shipping costs are clearly stated again in the shopping cart and at checkout.

If the delivery is made abroad, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may have to be paid by the customer, but not to the seller, but to the responsible customs or tax authorities there.
