    To Germany:

    • All small packages are sent as standard with German Post Warenpost and larger packages as DHL Paket.

    Abroad:

    • Parcels are sent with Warenpost International of the German Post.

    Shipping upgrades are possible depending on the item.

    Since these are personalized and individually made items, exchanges are generally not possible. However, if you encounter any problems, please contact us. So far, we've always been able to find a solution :)
