Each ring box is lovingly handcrafted. The production of a ring box takes an average of two days. I handcraft the tray and then it takes at least 24 hours to dry before the engraving is applied to the ring box.
Each order comes in a white gift box, making it ready to give as a gift.

Shipment
To Germany:
- All small packages are sent as standard with German Post Warenpost and larger packages as DHL Paket.
Abroad:
- Parcels are sent with Warenpost International of the German Post.
Shipping upgrades are possible depending on the item.

Since these are personalized and individually made items, exchanges are generally not possible. However, if you encounter any problems, please contact us. So far, we've always been able to find a solution :)
